Membership Policies
Please review before enrolling:
Memberships auto-renew on the 1st or 15th of each month, based on the client’s selected renewal date
Fills do not roll over to the next month
Membership services are non-refundable
Unused services expire at the end of each billing cycle
Membership discounts apply only while active
Cancellation must be requested before the next renewal date

Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in an HDLASH® membership, you agree to the following terms:
Memberships are auto-renewing and will renew on the 1st or 15th of each month, based on the renewal date selected at enrollment. Membership services, including fills, are non-refundable and do not roll over if unused within the billing cycle. Unused services expire at the end of each membership period.
Membership benefits, pricing, and discounts apply only while the membership is active. Cancellations must be requested prior to the next renewal date to avoid additional charges. Once a membership has renewed, the charge is final and non-refundable.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Abuse of membership benefits, including excessive rescheduling or misuse of services, may result in termination without refund. HDLASH® reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits with reasonable notice.
California Consumer Notice
In accordance with California automatic renewal law, you may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your renewal date. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used membership periods.
